Return Policy: Our main priority is customer satisfaction. If a product arrives in a damaged condition, we will refund or replace the item with no charge once it is returned back to Kidznote.com. Please return all damaged products to the above address and mark the package "ATTN: Returns" (note: items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.)
If after you receive your product and you are not satisfied, return your items to Kidznote and we will credit your account or send you a refund check for the total cost of purchase. We do not issue refunds for shipping charges except for a defective product and the customer wants a replacement. Loose leaf packages and binder insert packages must be returned unopened, we do not issue refunds for opened packages.
Shipping Information: United States Postal Service (USPS) is the primary shipping carrier for Kidznote™ online store. Kidznote™ specialty loose leaf paper and binder inserts will be processed within 24 hours of your order, and you will receive your package in 3-5 days excluding weekends and holidays. Kidznote™ custom binders with inserts will be processed within 7 days, and you will receive your custom notebook with inserts within 7-10 days. Currently the shopping cart is configured only for United States. If you are outside the US please email contactus@kidznote.com your order and we will give you an estimate of cost.
Ordering Information: We accept payment by Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, debit cards with the MasterCard or VISA logo, and electronic checks through online processing by Paypal. Click on any (add to cart) button. This button will launch a new web browser with a secure page hosted by PayPal displaying the contents of your Shopping Cart. Here, you can change the quantity of the item, continue shopping, remove items from the cart, or check out. (Important: If the continue shopping tab is not displayed, click back if you want to continue shopping, otherwise proceed to checkout) You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart at the top of the page. If you click to check out, you will be directed to enter your credit card, shipping information, and email address. Your order will be processed and your credit card or paypal account will be charged for the order.
